This book is true and it will lead you to success

As a homeowner, I recommend this book for those who rent out and for the firsttime homebuyers. I was 23 years old when my husband and I both our first condo for $180,000 on Dec. 2002 and sold it on June 2004 for $275,000. We paid off our two cars and both a residental house and we are planning to buy a 2nd rental home. This book does not rushing you go buy a home and get rich right away. You'll not get rich right away it takes time before you gain equity on you property. Real Estate is best investment rather than stock market. if you'll review the yearly real estate chart the value keeps on going up. I know it's scary at first and that's what we felt too, but you don't want to live in a ordinary life for the rest of your life, if you do have plans for the future this is the best investment that you won't regret it.

    not real estate worthy

I've read Bach's other books and this is not well done. Feels and reads like a rush job...to capitalize on the real estate boom which seems fading. I really didn't get the sense in this book that the author knows much about the subject nor has much experience. I also didn't like the irresponsible behavior encouraged. Basically says to rush out now and get started so you don't get left behind!
