    To the top two reviews...

Maybe you guys should keep in mind that this was a local release originally. Most local bands don't have the kind of dough to make a record "sound" good. Trust me, some better engineering would have made this thing better than anything they've done since.

After listening to it as "The Beginning of All Things to End", I can see why "Kill, I Oughtta" wasn't such a popular CD. This is an example of a good band off to a rocky start. I only liked three of the songs (two of which are one in the same) and the other songs just plain suck. There other two albums are much better than this one.

    Definitely the beginning

This is not a bad album but it's not great. I love mudvayne and like many bands who have a successful album, a previous album (that you've had no idea existed) seems to pop up. This is one of those. It's not there best work of course, but there's little bit's and pieces in the songs reminiscent of their later work and what makes them great. Cultivate is an excellent song and could easy make it onto any heavy compilation. I don't recommend this CD but I do (if that makes sense!). If you're a huge Mudvayne fan like me you'll probably get it anyway. But you might be disappointed if you think it's an early LD50. Give a listen though. If you've got no idea who Mudvayne are you're missing out. Overall it's a good start from an awesome band.

The Beginning of how Mudvayne's great music started.

I have heard the original Kill, I Oughta mp3's and these songs are gonna sound even better on this new remastered cd. Poop Loser is an awsome original intro and each song has good depth musically, considering these are Mudvayne first songs ever written. A few songs are performed live and the quality is still great. The remixes, well...they are remixes and you don't expect anything spectacular from them. The Dig Everything and Nothing remix is the better of the two in my opinion. Well anyway, this is a great raw album and with some cool tunes, it really shows how the band evolved into their L.D. 50 album. Best tracks are: Poop Loser, Cultivate, Seed, I.D.I.O.T and the other ones are still growing on me :)
