    Biased defense of a bad idea

    The interstate highway system has mired the United States in a perpetual road-building straightjacket. This biased book defends road-building, road-construction and the associated companies that make billions off a scheme that has destroyed the quality of life and transportation choices for hundreds of millions of people.
