    comprehensive, not deep

It's hard to argue with the song selection or price of this two-disk set. But as singles/AM-radio versions are often used, especially with early classics such as "Questions 67 & 68" and "Beginnings," disappointment may ensue as those fabulous horn solos and improvised sections are truncated.

    Chicago's greastest original hits

Have loved listening to Chicago's music since the 80's. When hearing their music, knew at once who the group was and the songs. Enjoyed hearing Peter Cetera's style of singing in Chicago and the Karate Kid movies. All around great listening music.

Chicago, The Best of Chicago 40th Anniversary Edition

This CD set is Chicago at their best. I had a friend who recommended it to me. I have enjoyed it very much. I too would recommend it to all of Chicago's fans. They have put together a top notch collection of their work and it represents I believe the best from the iconic rock group. Very much enjoyable, great tracks some I new others I didn't. An all around winner. Songs that are among many favorites are included, Does Anybody REally Know What Time it is?, Saturday in the Park, Feelin' Stronger Everyday, Old Days, If You Leave Me Now, Baby, What a Big Surprise, Love Me Tomorrow, Hard Habit to Break, and many others, thirty of their best tracks of all time.

    Great CD!!!!

First of all, I think this is the best Chicago album cover in many many years! It harkens back to the old days, and it fits well with the old style chicago album covers and themes. Their last 4 or 5 album covers were pretty bad... Great CD for new Chicago listeners. The old stuff keeps getting better as time marches on. They were/are a great band.
