Vapid. Can't spell, poor grammer, wooden characterization, stilted. Funny thing is...the funny parts, the humor, is quick and bright. Only saving grace.

Good book. Kept me reading 3.5

Ending sucked. Had to read next one to see what happened. 2nd book not as good. Disappointed that it was so short and cost too much. Still too many unanwered questions in book 2 also. Dont know if I wanta waste more money to read the 3rd. Will it give us any closure to Caleb or Greyson?

This is not a serious story.

Annie seems too ditzy to be a gambler, getting herself in and out of goofy situations. A lot of sillly dialogue and too many zany antics for my taste. I don't think I'll read the next episode.

    An okay read

Took a while to get into the mystery. Quirky characters, weird love triangle, plenty of lusting... The humor was pretty good, but there were too many sagging parts in the story that slowed its pace and I found myself skimming. One questionable scene (and there were others) really stood out: a CEO not jumping into action the very moment he knew there was a problem at his casino. As for the ending, I've never liked cliffhangers, but the tactic is always left up to the author.

The story itself didn't resonate enough for me to look for the next book in the series.
