    A Must-Read for HR Professionals

This book is a must-read for HR professionals. The idea to focus on your core business--what separates you from the rest--and spend your time on that, is an important one. What if we all focused on JUST our core business? What kind of success might we see? This book is definitely worth the read and the time to digest and apply the ideas. It just might change your company.

The Birth of a New Workforce is a MUST READ for any business owner/manager that hopes to survive, and eventually thrive, in the evolving business environment of the 21st century! This book addresses the most prevalent challenges in today's economy and provides clear-cut solutions to them. Every page is filled with value-added content, rather than the "fluff" found in a lot of books on this subject. The concepts are revolutionary, while incorporating the premise that seems to have been forgotten over time...that people are the most valuable asset in any organization!
