    Hmm...kinda good

It's ok. There is some inconsistency though. In the beginning you read that these characters are merger type humanoid that live in water. Then as the story progresses I feel like the author forgets that as he tells the reader how the characters just had a hot meal of salted fish...under water. Or that they were fighting in the rec room working up a sweat...underwater. other than that just an ok read.

    No Credible Science What-so-ever!

The characters were decent, but formulaic. The amphibious humans was a novel touch, but also led to many of the books short comings. Reading this book made me feel like it was written by the early 17th century Catholic Church doing everything under it's power to discredit all scientific truth about space, the solar system, and the universe itself. The scientific pofa's are far to numerous to list here, but a "Sonic Ram" with "Unlimited" range in the vacuum of space! Seriously?
