If you like thrillers with action, humor and history, this book is definitely for you !
If you are not familiar with this kind of book, you should try it anyway, you might be surprised.
With an effective plot, some charismatic characters (likeable or despicable, just pick your fave), a strong historical background and contemporary issues, Khara wrote a story about consequences of past crimes and experiences that are still haunting people nowadays.
Khara is not only a great writer with a wonderful and efficient sense of adventure, he's also a serious author who gathered material about historical circumstances, his novel is pure fiction, but also based on real historical facts.
Thanks to his amazing sense of action, Khara takes us to a trip from the worst years of the 20th century, until today, keeping up the suspense using repeated flashbacks.

The Bleiberg Project isn't just an excellent thriller, it is a breathtaking journey to the most fascinating secrets of the modern history.
A truly addictive story, full of suspense and twists, with engaging - or terrifying - characters ready to dive into the heart of darkness.
Keep in mind David Khara's name because you'll most likely hear from him in the future.
    Now, enjoy the ride.

A good mystery keeps us captivated to the last page. The best mysteries leave us begging for a sequel. After meeting Mossad assassin Eytan Morg  in this fast-paced thriller, I can't wait to spend more time with him. Author David Khara skillfully masters both characters and story line in "The Bleiberg Project."

I received a ARC of this book and wasn't sure how it was going to be especially since translated from the french.  I was pleasantly surprised, it was great. Something I've always wondered about , What if the Nazi's had done ___? This was one of those thrillers I couldn't put down. It had elements of surprise, twists and history all wrapped into one. If you enjoy Dan Brown or any of that genre you will certainly enjoy this.

'The Bleiberg Project' by David Kara is a mystifying thriller. It follows one mans journey, as he tries to discover who his father was and
how he was connected to a Nazi conspiracy.

It's fast paced, nonstop action, which makes 'The Bleiberg Project' extremely difficult to put down. So make sure you give yourself plenty
of time when you start reading it!

David Khara has a wonderful writing tone, it is like no other thriller writer, and yet it takes the best from some of the best, such as
    John Grisham and Clive Cussler.

The characters in 'The Bleiberg Project' are wonderfully developed. By the time you reach the end you will feel as if you know them, and
that you have built a true connection with them.

I'm so glad that this is just the beginning of David Khara's 'Consortium' series. I just cannot wait to read more spellbinding action and
meet some more of his fabulous characters.

If you like thrillers, you'll love 'The Bleiberg Project'. If you don't like thrillers, read 'The Bleiberg Project' and then you will like thrillers.

I definitely recommend that you read this book, when it becomes available on the 30th April 2013.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher

I received a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley for a fair and honest review. I received no additional compensation for my opinion of the reading material. I rated the book 5 out of 5 Stars and a Recommended Read.

A thriller which takes readers between the present and World War II, The Bleiberg Project by David Khara, is simply “Magnifique”. Colorful characters, good dialogue and a conspiracy dating back to World War II, kept me turning the pages from start to finish. Filled with action, danger, the nature of man’s humanity, or lack thereof, and the possible redemption of a tortured soul, Mr. Khara’s book is in my opinion a must read for any reader who enjoys this genre.

Beginning with a scene from World War II, Mr. Khara takes us to present day Manhattan, where he introduces us to Jeremy Corbin, aka Jay Novacek, a privileged, successful Wall Street Trader. Who it just so happens is waking up from another night of drinking and womanizing. Showcasing Jay’s currently less than stellar attitude towards life, and his job, Mr. Khara quickly lets us know that nothing is quite as it seems. The pace picks up as Jay learns of his estranged father’s death, his father’s secrets and the part his mother played in keeping him in the dark.

Mr. Khara does a great job developing Jay’s character from the start; while difficult to like at first, I was able to quickly connect with him and understand his situation. I understood why he changed his name from Corbin to Novacek and why he felt the way he did towards his dad. Suffering from issues of his own, Jay is a tortured man who is not at peace with life but can’t bring himself to end it either.

As the story progresses and Jay finds himself trying to put together the clues his father left him, he is helped by two people who work for the CIA and have a vested interest in what he discovers. Also aided by Eytan Morg, a “giant” bald headed man and a Mossad agent who at first seems to be out to hurt him, Jay flies to Europe to open a safety deposit box his father left him. As their journey progresses, and Jay and the agents helping him take control of his father’s files, they find themselves being pursued by enemy agents and in danger of losing their lives.

Will Jay and his protectors uncover the truth about the “Bleiberg Consortium” and its ties to the Nazi’s? Has the consortium behind Hitler’s rise to power continued to plan and experiment in preparation to “reshape” the world once again? You’ll have to read The Bleiberg Consortium to find out. I loved it and can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

It sounds like an interesting idea, the Nazi party has done research on radiation and the effects on the human body. Blieberg a Jewish scientist wants to continue research in the area. Looking to make a ultra human or superman. What would the implications be today it the experiment worked. How would it change history if the subject escaped. This book is a thrilling look into the ideology of this occurring. And how they can expose the Consortium and end the evil they want to inflict on the world. Very good job at an action adventure book.
