This review is from: The Boat Galley Cookbook: 800 Everyday Recipes and Essential Tips for Cooking Aboard (Paperback)
Jan and Carolyn deserve much praise for this solid reference book. Every word of every recipe on every page is valued. While many cookbooks these days are filled with pictures, this is no coffee table book for who has room for something like that on a boat let alone the galley! By some miracle, they fit over 800 "from scratch" recipes that can be made with the most basic ingredients anywhere in the world.
