This book is chocked full of a lot of scientific, technical and valuable information about cell function and disease and talks a lot about the power of evil, greedy pharmasudical companies and medical industries that want to make more and more money off of us by treating our symptoms rather than preventing and curing disease.
I was really looking for a book that told me in much simpler and more direct terms, what foods and vitamins and herbs to consume to live a healthier and longer life.
All in all, if you are a person who enjoys reading medical books and technical manuals you will love this book. If not, you might think it is as dull as dried toast and you will give up your will to continue reading past page 70 as I did.

    I Also Recommend:

Though technical & sometimes laborious to read, to the open

Though technical & sometimes laborious to read, to the open minded, intelligent reader who can glean what they
need from this book, it will be a God send.

This information should be mandatory for everyone to read to be able to make the correct choices for their own health. I have gotten many of these books to share with the medical doctors that I have been seeing for years and all they have done for me is cover up my symptoms!! Now as I am recovering from being on pain pills for so many years I am going through many challenges as can happen when going through a healing crisis! This book CAN help you and many of your friends if you will just take the time to LISTEN.
It is not easy to hear all this if it is new to you, but do go through it. It will save your life in the long run...Everything we need to heal is already here, even the Big
Pharma Co's know this, that is what they are trying to duplicate & control so they can HOARD PROFIT!!!! They don't care about you and me.... they care about their pockets, as most hospitals do! I was recently admitted for what I thought was a heart attack, after a ton of tests and flack from the staff, I left knowing no more than when I went in!! Am seeing a ND now who is really, really helping me and thinks this natural product can only help! Since we can't easily get our necessary nutrients from our food any longer, we need to find a simple solution and this book does just that... I am living proof!
