Everyone Should Read This Book!!!!
The author discusses how we feel loss when any change occurs in our lives, good or bad and even if we initiate the change. She shows how this fear of loss and going through the pain of change traps us in situations that will never allow us to feel true happiness and be able to thrive. She gives real examples from her therapy practice to show how people have worked up the courage to escape comfort and make positive changes in their lives. She explains in step form how to get yourself to go through 'the wall of pain' to get to the other side where happiness resides. I hope she writes a follow up.
