Vegan Cookbook - Introduction to Healthy Vegan Recipes
Great book for those wanting to delve into eating more fruit and vegetables and adopt healthy vegan diet dishes. Recipes are simpler than other books by Yvonne and myself but there is still a comprehensive guide to health in the introduction. All recipes have a picture and there are vegan recipes for Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner as well as baking, vegan cakes and vegan puddings / vegan desserts - dairy free egg free but still delicious.Was this review helpful? At 250 pages this is double the size of our other books and a good reference book for ideas on a day to day basis - bread recipes too.
