This cookbook is a wonderful resource for anyone on a Low FODMAP diet due to IBS. The recipes are interesting and flavorful and there are many color photographs which are helpful. This book has helped me adjust my cooking methods (I used to always start with a base of onion or garlic) to taste foundations that don't make me sick. I am very grateful.Was this review helpful?
