This is the FIRST book that I've read that answers a ton of questions about wood pellet grilling. In fact, I've not seen one in the marketplace since I bought my wood pellet grill five years ago. The "booklet" that was provided with the grill had a few recipes written by "users" but I questioned the validity of the suggestions after the first attempt to use the grill. It was apparent that the author knew less than I did about wood pellets. I've been a BBQ'er for many years grilling/smoking with charcoal, gas, propane and wood. Finding this method of cooking was exactly what I needed. The author of this book knew what he was talking about, including the spice blends, sauces and marinades. I've tried most of them and so far, all are very good. I like the wood pellet recommendations and noted that just changing the wood smoke while following the remainder of the recipes provides a completely different culinary experience. Great Job!!!
