We all play a role!
I completely embraced this concept. Lisa Robyn writes with detail and understanding about the complexities of corporate life. The idea of role playing to achieve goals and recognize problems is extremely powerful. You will learn a lot about yourself and others around you after reading this interesting and highly entertaining book. Get it for everyone in your office!
