    Brillant Book!

Many of today's self help books tell women to walk all over themselves, hide their strengths, intellect and witt and generally be a dependent weak willed shadow in order to please what they 'think' they need in a man. This wonderful book will bring out the traits in yourself which you have never lost and always had but have been driven from because of society's plagg against honesty and self reliance in women. Much good advice plus from personal experience I have found that men who do not like a woman who expresses an opinion, defends herself in a verbal confrontation with a third party or values her independence,is a man to avoid.

    The courage gave me courage

This book has truly changed my life. I have been trying to understand what it is that's going on in my life, and in my head and she helped me to better understand it. I've decided to go to therapy to help with alot of the stuff that I've discovered through reading this book. I recommend every woman to read this book. I was always afraid to write my feelings down on paper and now I'm writing a journal. She made me realize that your not fooling no one but yourself if your not true to you. You have to give to yourself to be able to give to others. I've given this book plus the journal to my niece and a friend. The woman is fabulous and inspirational I can't get enough. I'm ordering another book in the series. Thank you.

    Thank you Sue Patton Thoele!

I'm so grateful for such an informative book. I thought I was alone in my frustrations and fears. When I read this book, I was reading about myself as if Sue Patton Thoele was there with me all my life. She has a way of explaining how problems and situations can be worked out, but you really need to apply yourself to them. It doesn't happen just by reading the book and then putting it on a shelf. I still have along way to go, but I'm much stronger and have the confidence I need to get there.
