The Dash Diet health plan is very detailed on the steps you should take to eating healthy and reducing your chances of gaining any health issues. And can be used as a tool for anyone like me who has health issues and is trying to overcome them.

    After my father passed in 1997 from Diabetes, I¿ve been on a tan

    After my father passed in 1997 from Diabetes, I’ve been on a tangent to sustain a healthier way of life. This book was referred to me by a good friend of mine. The recipes are amazing, tasty and simple, completely coinciding with the stance I’ve taken towards healthier eating habits. I’ve been tested every year for Diabetes and am clear but having recipes that aid in the prevention of Diabetes makes this book my new favorite!
