    Definitely recommend!

Knights, magic and a quest... what's not to recommend? I enjoyed his fast paced but descriptive writing style, his characterizations and the world he built in this series.

Highly recommended - loved it, every time!

Like the Belgariad, I loved this book. I have read it multiple times. I have it in paperback but would love to have it on my nook.

    more from this reviewer

    David Eddings' "The Elenium"

This trilogy is my first experience with this author, and i have to say i am impressed. His writing style realy lets you get to know the characters and immerse yourself in the storyling and their journey. When I finnished the third book and the story came to an end I felt a bit sad, I didnt want it to end. So when i found out that the author had written another trilogy with the same main character and his companions I just had to buy it. In summary, I realy enjoyed "The Elenium" and look forward to reading more of David Eddings work. I recommend his books for anyone who is interested in the fantasy/fiction genre.

    Nice and Easy

This was a good book, an easy and fast read. If you¿re a person that likes to read about one main character then you will like this. The whole book stays with Sparhawk. Not a bad thing, but when you start to get attached to other characters you want to know what they are doing when they are not with him. I don¿t think I would have liked it if I read all the books separately. It works much better as a whole then three separate books. It got somewhat boring when Sparhawk and his companions always found out about Annias's plans and was able to easily stop them. But you get attached to the characters and that keeps you reading.
