My 10 year old grandson and I enjoyed this book by Stephen Keeney. The characters were fun to read about and share in their amazing adventures. It takes place in the Northwest and many places Danny had read about in school. Stephen made them all come alive and now we are talking about taking a trip up there.

We immediately read his second book as well, and look forward to more books in the future.

    I Also Recommend:

Stephen Keeney pulled me right into his story. I wanted to be apart of his family and friends from the get go. I have been looking for a series I could share with my grandchildren. In Stephen's book, I found that and much more. Thumbs up, Stephen!

I hope Stephen Keeney continues to write more Spencer adventures. I have grandchilren from 2 on up to 10 years and enjoy sharing his stories with them. Stephen deals with real life situations thru Spencer and his family and friends. He spins his tales thru travels (local and afar), different ethnic foods, history, problem solving, family (spanning over several generations) and friends from different backgrounds. I must say, Stephen brought the kid in me out through memories which I could then relate to my grandchildren. I look forward to more stories and wonder where they will take place next and what new things we will discover.
