A way of Life To Stay Thin and Fit Forever
This book was outstanding and is so much more than just a diet. It is a way of life and eating anyone can do for as long as they live. Before reading the F-Factor I had a basic understanding of the importance of fiber in my diet, but now I am blown away with the power it holds. Since reading the book I was finally able to loose that extra 10 lbs I was struggling with for years and have more energy than ever. The author kept things very straight forward and simple which really allowed me to incorporate additional fiber in my diet with ease. I have already recommended this book to all of my friends and family. Thanks for reshaping my diet with a plan that works for the long term.

F-Factor has some shortcomings
I am a Nutritionist and was initially excited to read her book. I actually thought her essential concept was very progressive and rather interesting. The problem is though, there are some factual errors in the book, which as a nutritionist and writer I feel were uncalled for. I also found the scientific basis for a few of her concepts were tweaked to suit her agenda. She is a lady with good intentions..the book just fell short on science. I wouldnt say not to buy it. the concept of fiber being a good method for weight loss is great, its just those above shortfalls that I mentioned.

F for Fantastic
This book is very simple to read and it's easy to follow.Once you understand the concept ,it just makes good sense.I would recommend this book to anyone trying to lose weight.It's my new bible!!!!

awsome
awsome information i never knew that will help me in maintaining a healthy life style. Great recipes that the entire family enjoys. And makes counting food tables easy. great great great i keep this book on hand all the time.
