A solid read, well-written and engaging.
A cleverly spun tale of retribution featuring a well-rounded cast of characters. It's clear the author has done extensive research on the subject of child abuse and is truly trying to make a difference with this book. I wish the nefarious nature of the town were explained a bit more but overall there was a nice balance of dialogue and exposition. A solid read, well-written and engaging.

Good premise, questionable executipn
The punctuation and grammar mistakes drove me nuts. The actual book was ok but I thought it was a bit over the top. I was an abused child in every sense but the idea that an entire town can be riddled with pedophiles and child abusers in this day and age and get away with it for decades is heavy handed. Back to the mistakes, there were punctuation errors aplenty but the errors in grammar, the flagrant misuse of words and the staggering number of omission of words rendered entire sentences unreadable and impossible to understand. I was also irritated at the abrupt changes in character in characters I was given to understand were very strong and unyielding. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
