    Its Good Enough...

    This cookbook is good enough...The only thing I did not like about it was that it tends to give the recipes from a hotel chef point of view and was not really localized. Some of the recipes were not easy to follow as some of the ingredients were not easy to come by and are not commonly used in households across jamaica-except in the hotels for foreign tourists...I am also jamaican so I know...I would recommend this book only to those who want a fair enough guide to Jamaican cooking...

    One of the best books I have ever bought!

    The illustrations in this book are breathtaking and REAL. I recommend this book to every and anyone. I was born in Jamaica and I am familiar with the products shown in the book and they are near perfect reflection of the real thing! I highly commend the photographer and those who put such a wonderful book together.
