Best ghost book I have ever read.

This book is great. Being from Virginia, there are stories of ghosts right here next to me. Truly eerie. I suggest this to anyone who loves ghost stories or anyone who loves Virginia. I love both so I rate this book outstanding.

    Fantastic read!

Do not go to sleep directly after reading this!!!! What a fun and scary adventure! I have learned more of Virginia's history through this series of books than I did in all of my years of college and high school. In fact, the reason I am leaving this review is because I am about to order this particular book in the series for my younger brother. Eventually I will be doing some ghost hunting of my own!

A fascinating journey through Old Virginia!

Recently, due to an illness and eventual death in my family, I had to travel to Virginia from my home in New Jersey over the course of several weekends in a row. On our first trip down, my co-author and I, Diana Sinclair, stopped a Shirley Plantation on what would become a regular practice of seeing a plantation on every trip. We picked up a copy of this book in the gift shop, and she began reading it aloud all the way to Suffolk, then back up to New Jersey. We read this book while traveling, and we were both awed by the stories, and the quality of the writing. Well told, historical facts, locations, and witnesses...all were there before our eyes. Needless to say, we are planning a pleasure trip to Williamsburg this weekend, and we plan to visit some of the sites. Well done! A must read for fans of ghosts and Virginia, or anyone who just likes a good series of tales. David Rountree - Fantasy Author 'Dark Lord'
