    Logical and scientific approach to weight management... Yet simple!

    I have spent a lifetime trying to manage my weight. I had generally adopted a low fat approach which was pretty effective but always felt like a struggle. I managed to get myself to have my "yo-yoing" with smaller swings in weight, but it was always a struggle. This book helped me understand my craving for carbs. Now that I have been loosely following the plan in this book, I have dropped about 7 pounds, have reduced my cravings, and am enjoying a wider variety of foods. I have more energy and an improved mood also. This book and its approach are definitely worth a try.

    I feel great

    I started this diet two weeks ago, and since then, have lost 5 pounds. The thing is, I feel REALLY great. It requires a little bit of stick-to-itiveness at first, but once you get into the swing of it, it's easy as pie. You'll find yourself easily doing things that the people you admire do: stop drinking coffee, stop eating refined sugars, have a lot of energy, sleep less. Really, the good effects of this great healthy diet change includes all of those things for me, and I'm not even exercising as much as I used to (a bad sprained ankle)! Plus, the information included in comprehensive.
