A must for readers who enjoy pure terror
I have this tale on an old Alfred Hitchock record. I also have it in a book of various short stores. This is my favorite tale of terror. I am pushing 40, I have been reading and watching horror all my life. I have passed this on to my son. Pure horror is best when your mind aids in the experience. This can only be found in older books and movies. Most of which focused on story and not extreme fowl language, nudity, sex, and the excessive use of gore. Hollywood has took away good story and replaced it with the profane,(with a few exceptions). I live in a modern world, but love antiques. If you want true gore read the New Testament and how a man was tortured, and nailed to a cross...to save us.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
