A Good Story May Emerge from the Rubble
As more writers self-publish their work, the overall quality of writing in the publishing world seems to decrease. Because so many writers submit their manuscripts to publishers and publishing agents every month, I would imagine that numerous would-be authors also receive rejection letters in the mail because their manuscripts were not good enough. The reasons are many. Among them are: poor grammar; poor use of punctuation; telling and not showing the story; use of passive voice; etc. Unfortunately for Greg Messel, The Illusion of The Illusion of Certainty is another novel that should have been edited before publication but was not.Was this review helpful?
