Inspiring words from real people!
So often the body of self help/self improvement literature draws its examples from the life experiences of middle-class westerners. Don't get me wrong, though. I love this genre of literature and have personally benefited from the wonderful contributions so many of its authors have given us as readers. But in addition to a lovely collection of universally applicable lessons, what Sharon Sobotta has provided for us, here, is a fresh, and perhaps eye-opening, reminder that others have something to say in this conversation, too. In this beautiful, little book Sobotta has brought to light voices from worlds which have traditionally been hidden, and yet are every bit as noteworthy. This is a very timely and inspiring read and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. And as an added treat, it's loaded with beautiful photography of my favorite things-real people.

Spend the time to meet the world.
You get to meet so many people without leaving your house by reading this book. Sharon has a great way of sharing her world with others.
