The book has many great insights but is far too shrouded in examples. The book could easily be cut to one third the length and be even better. However, if you like examples, this book is certainly for you!

This book is packed with great skills. Perfect for someone that is looking to improve social skills or for the person wanting to brush up on a few skills! I love and love this book!!
