The Life-Transforming Diet' has been approved by rabbis, doctors nutritionists

Based on health and psychological principles of the Medieval Jewish philosopher Maimonides and other classical sources, 'The Life-Transforming Diet by David J. Zulberg also incorporates contemporary health and nutritional principles from modern medicine. Zulberg presents a gradual, step-by-step implementation of dieting that does not require the trauma of 'going cold turkey' in terms of altering food consumption. Providing practical and applicable insights into how bad habits are formed, and presenting 'user friendly' tips for replacing them with good eating and health inducing habits, 'The Life-Transforming Diet' includes a well-rounded exercise program that is economical, simple, quick and easy. Of special note is a 'Do-It-Yourself' support system that can be conveniently accomplished every day in only minutes. 'The Life-Transforming Diet' also addresses the need for a realistic maintenance program so that the health and excess weight goals once achieved, do not regress. Especially appropriate and strongly recommended for those seeking to remain kosher while addressing their dietary needs, 'The Life-Transforming Diet' has been approved by rabbis, doctors nutritionists.

Life-Transforming Diet: Health and Psychological Principles of Maimonides

I believe this book will revolutionize the way both the religious and non-religious world relate to food and ultimately to themselves. Through following this program I am starting to see how my eating choices impact me on a physical, ethical and spiritual level¿

Beware: This may change your life...

The Life-Transforming Diet, by David Zulberg, is not merely a book - it is a way of life. The author has accomplished a difficult task by successfully transforming many (formerly) ancient and esoteric writings of the great Maimonides into a living document that guides the reader to alter the course of life through effective habit-forming and habit -changing insights and methods. These insights and methods are timeless, and are designed to prospectively and preemptively battle the human inclination towards indulgence in his or her desires that are not essential or necessary for the survival or well-being of body or mind. While ostensibly about habits relating to the consumption of food, this book is designed to train the reader to battle all forms of habitual temptation. And whether or not the reader is an observant Jew, the principles espoused by Maimonides and skillfully compiled into practical implementation by Zulberg will guide the reader to victory in the greatest battle of his or her lifetime. Desire for unhealthy doses power, money and sex can all be indefinitely eradicated by virtue of the methods outlined in this book. I highly recommend this book to any person who has struggled with dietary habits or other forms of human desire that have plagued such person's daily life - consciously or subconsciously. I also recommend this book to anyone who has already won this difficult battle with desire, but still views daily self-control as a 'battle.' Through the proper use of these methods, habits will no longer be habits and desires will no longer be desires. Battles and wars can be avoided. Permanently. Be prepared for life-altering results.

Life-Transforming Diet: Health and Psychological Principles of Maimonides

The Life Transforming Diet is nothing less than that, life transforming. I began the diet somewhat skeptical 'after many unsuccessful attempts at unsustainable diets'. But I sure became a quick believer and possibly even a groupie. The phases are brilliantly structured in a way that makes them easy to begin and easy to sustain. Already in the few weeks I have been on the program I have seen and felt a remarkable difference with my energy levels, my food choices and my lack of cravings. I feel empowered, understanding the reasons behind healthy choices, as apposed to just being handed a list of what¿s taboo. My friends and family are telling me I am glowing. This program is truly life transforming because it hasn't just affected my way of eating and viewing food but it has affected every single aspect of my life. I feel more disciplined, more motivated and totally liberated. Instead of working for my body I am getting my body to work for me. I wish you so much success and I look forward to watching the impact this book is going to have on the entire globe.

Life-Transforming Diet: Health and Psychological Principles of Maimonides

What makes this diet different from all the other diets I have endured? I think it is the brilliance of the `Subconscious Accumulation Process¿ to form new positive habits in order to fight the old established ones. I didn¿t have to eliminate everything in one go. The emphasis is not on `willpower¿ the focus is rather on the gradual development of good habits. It is so clever to quietly cultivate positive habits and to help them grow until they are big enough and strong enough to `fizzle out¿ the former monster `masters¿. Becoming aware of the ability of my `creative¿ mind to predominate my decisions has been very enlightening and I have never been so calm about food and food choices. I don¿t really feel like any of my old temptations and I¿m not waiting for the opportunity to `break out¿. I have not felt deprived or trapped ¿ in fact I feel energized ¿ and most importantly it took me 6 months to do it!

Life-Transforming Diet: Health and Psychological Principles of Maimonides

This book is not only a book with Maimonides principles. It is not only a book with an excellent diet program. It is not only a book with an innovative perspective of 'mind-involvement' This book seems to me to include everything from A-Z in health, and beyond. It is a book that is meant to TRANSFORM your life - and endeavors to do so FROM SCRATCH! Almost like an encyclopedia of health guidelines and a reference book that is there for the person in every possible life situation involving food. I sincerely hope that your book will become a classic, one that is found in every home¿
