WOW! Great info on diet success!
This book is really quite amazing. Not like any other diet or exercise or fitness book I have read. The author really makes you understand how to 'flip the switch' in your mind that actually lets you STICK TO a diet or exercise program. It's not just a bunch of pep-talk motivation, but a step by step process that left me more jazzed about a program than I've ever been. Also, Fields' philosophy on finding exercise that is FUN, not horribly boring, is great and the nutrition advice is wonderfully simple to follow. I loved this book!Was this review helpful?
