Filling a gap
I would give this book and A+ except for the gross editing error located in the last paragraph at the bottom of page 13 where the second sentence begins with "The first council of Nice...". This is entirely incorrect as the council was convened by Constantine at the city of Nicaea in the Roman Province of Bithynia which is present day Iznik, Turkey. This was done in the year 325 AD. The correction needs to be made to place the council itself in proper context. Other than that, it is pretty standard religious fare but interesting. I think people of faith will enjoy expanding their intellectual horizons a bit and can make their own choice about accepting or not. It is "other" information worthy of consideration.

Inquiring Religious Minds
This is another thought provoking book that my daughter found for me. I enjoy history and find it intriguing as to what others think that we should know and try to control our lives and thoughts.
