A Must Read for Those with Lupus

I was diagnosed with Lupus last year and have read anything I can get my hands on about lupus. This book was well written and very informative. We are passing it around to family members also so that they can understand how lupus affects not just the patient, but family members as well.

It is easy to refer back to for certain symptoms and questions. It is written so you can skip over what doesn't apply to you.

As a newly diagnosed Lupus Patient

The Lupus Book by Daniel J Wallace is a very informative reference book concerning how it is diagnosed, treated, and why sometimes it is extremely mis-diagnosed. Was just recently diagnose and had many questions regarding this autoine-immune desease. After reading I was able to gather up important health history and symptoms prior to seeing a specialist. It told what to expect when you see a specialist the first time. It also helped elimanate allot of the fears of an unknown illness. It will also be a great reference when other organs are effected by Lupus.

    Highly Recommended

This is the most rewarding book and informational one I have ever read after being diagnosed with Lupus. It went into the aspects of the disease. I would suggest everyone reading it no matter if they have the disease or is intereseted in know about it.
