Incredible book that outlines how to improve your health, stamina, and energy level for everyday life by watching what you eat. Sound advice that will help you feel better every day. Get rid of the sugar and feel better naturally. It really works. The only drawback is that it is hard to do while eating out, unless you are eating at an Oriental restaurant. You are able to see what you have been missing and feel alive again.
