great insight
This book brings a much more human element to it. It has great interviews, situations, the humble beginings for some of the new era agents, producers, and moguls of today. It gives you insight into the agressive world of hollywood talent agencies. If you are seriously considering a carrer in the business side of entertainment this book will give you the " what it takes" vision.

Nerve and manipulation
Facinating story. Too much repetition. Where do these people come from? They seem greedy, overly ambitious, vulgar, and crazy. They sell their souls and their dignity for these jobs. Thank God they are all out in California. You could not pay me enough to put up with those characters! As I said, the book is facinating
