the conversations with god series and the further titles that neale has written, have profoundly affected my way of thinking. first, the power of choice and responsibility of actions and reactions is owned by each of us; how simple, yet putting this into daily living before neales books was a big question to me. further more, a knowing that peace becomes all of us in our own stillness, and that the stillness is our own choice is like a revalation. i could go on and on. i chose the most simplistic forms of being the book has shown me, and that i have put into practice in my own life. these books have shown me what i have always known. however, i wasn't sure and didn't quite know how. now i am sure. thanks to neale and god and deepak for pointing my ship in the direction i needed it to go. for finally the wind changed.

    Same material as previous books

I have all of Neale's books, and his books have validated truths I knew inside myself about spirituality and opened my mind to many new insights. My only complaint with this book is that there is very little new material in it - everything is a repeat from his earlier books, which in and of itself isn't so bad, but what bothers me with this book is that Neale "plays dumb" with God and acts like these are all new concepts when in fact, he's already discussed these subjects at length in the previous books. So it doesn't have that "genuine" feel that the previous books have and it feels a little fake. Not to say that the points he is making are not incredibly important - I just don't really like the fact that he acts like it's all new information to him. But, for people who have not already read the earlier volumes, this book will be more interesting.
