When I think of Lamaze I think of all of the different techniques that one can use to cope with labor. That comprises about 8 pages total in this book. All the pages before are spent telling you how terrible hospitals and OBs are and basically makes you feel like a bad person or mother for choosing to use and OB as a caregiver and give birth in a hospital. It was really VERY biased. The pages afterward are spent discussing breastfeeding and newborn care, which is lovely, but it's not Lamaze. Plus, I own other texts that go into much greater detail on both of these subjects. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
