One: Finding Soul Mate Love and Making It Last

I've been married for several years. Was looking for help sustaining the flame -- THE ONE was just what the doctor ordered. Kathy Freston doesn't dwell on how to catch a partner, but goes into deeper issues that are rarely addressed. How to maintain your love even when the road gets rocky, how to take care of yourself... The most profound message I took away with me was that you won't find that ULTIMATE fulfillment in your partner. It's within each of us. And that once you find it in yourself, with yourself, everything with your relationship falls into place. This was huge for me.

    Find the ONE, Find Yourself!

The One: Finding Soul Mate Love and Making It Last. You need to read this book! How do you find a soul mate in this big, crazy world? How do you know when you¿ve found one? And how in the world do you keep the love alive? If you¿ve ever asked yourself these questions, this book should be on your book shelf. Kathy Freston has written the best relationship book I¿ve seen in a long time - because it's so much more than that. More than a search for a mate - it's a spiritual quest!! I can¿t recommend it highly enough. Get it and see for yourself - your soul and your mate will be happy you did!

    A great book!

This is a must read book for everyone. I bought this book because right now I'm a committed relationship and I really wanted to find ways to make it last and I admit most of it is intuition and common sense but, i also belive like the author does that it has to be spiritual and that dosen't mean you need to have the same religion as your partner or even belive in a specific higer power it just means that you surrender the situation and sometimes let things happen which is not an easy thing to do. But, this book really helps. It's a self-help book a relationship book and a book about spirituality all wrapped up into one. It's not just about relationships it's also about ourselves. This book helped me to realize many things about my relationship and myself. I highly recommend this book to everyone even if you are single and not interested in a commitment I still think you should read this book.

    The one for me!

The one delves deeply into the spritual need and ability to connect with that chosen other when one takes the time to truly listen and connect. I found it so incredilby inspiring and helpful.

One: Finding Soul Mate Love and Making It Last

It's like Kathy Freston climbed the highest mountain and described the view from the top. I don't know why more relationship books don't give us this gift. Clear, concise, beautifully written, she practically turns sustaining a deep connection with your partner into a spiritual practice. So wise! If love isn't sacred, what is?
