    Mystery solved.

Anyone who reads this book will become convinced that Bauval has done what thousands of other researchers have attempted, namely, to solve the mystery of the origin and purpose of the pyramids of Egypt. The historical documents cited are almost secondary to Bauval's great insight, which provided him with the context in which to interpret the geography of the pyramids. Read this book!

A great Discovery, A mystery Solved

In my continual quest for information about the scribe of the Gods 'Thoth' who was known as Hermes Trismegistus to the Greeks, I went looking thru the local college library's section on Egyptology where I found this book. After brousing the table of contents and the index, I desided to check it out, and it has been worth it. The discoveries listed here and the information has caused me to have to make a complete restart to the history chapter of my re-write of 'The Kybalion' to include more about ancient Egypt and Hermes/Thoth. I only hope that Mr. Bauval and Mr. Gilbert will Keep up their good work, and publish a sequel to 'The Orion Mystery'
