    Nothing special

The plot was easy to figure out for me and the story line was longer than needed. The length of the novel was gained by repeating the same points over and over again, which in turn made it easy to guess the plot. This novel was okay I found Within the Shadows to be a much better attempt at the suspense and scifi mix.

    Impressive

The Other Brother had a solid storyline with plenty of intriguing twist. The dialogue was unique to each specific character and Massey uses phrases that allow the reader to feel the characters emotion. This book had a supernatural/scifi twist which allows the reader to use their imagination. However, Massey didn't go overboard and make the book totally farfetched. I was engrossed by this book from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

    Brothers????

Brandon Massey¿s novel 'The Other Brother' was no let down. I picked up the book and read it in no time. It¿s a story of a lost brother looking for revenge. Brandon takes you inside of the minds of both Gabriel and Isaiah. You see how they grew up and how they ended up where they are now. This ia a great suspensful thriller that will keep you on your toes with every turn of the page. Thanks Brandon!

    Great SciFi Book

I flew through this book in 3 days. Thoroughly enjoyable, well written and fast moving, The Other Brother is a good start for anyone who's new to the scifi genre. It's a tragic story of 2 brothers from 2 very different parts of society with a little sci fi kick. I look forward to reading other books by this author.

    A reviewer

Oh my goodness? I usually figure out the plot before I get too far into the reading. This book had me re-reading the first few pages over again. I first thought there were 2 boys, then it twisted me into thinking that maybe it was one boy with a split personality, then I discovered the truth. The connection was just so strong, I couldn't put the book down. In between work and home commitments I finished the book in 3 days. When I was done, it left me wanting more. Job well done.

    Different, but intriguing

I usually only read books that are filled w/drama but not geared towards science fiction. My 1st science fiction book and it was interesting, and it still had drama. I figured out the ending before it was disclosed but still finished the book.

    First Time

I stepped out of my own box, which is strictly romance novels, and ventured into 'The Other Brother.' It was worth the trip. Brandon Massey brought life to the tale of these two brothers whose lives although as different as night and day, were connected by bonds even stronger than blood. This book is a 'can't put it down' read forcing you to turn the page because you must know what is going to happen next.

    Brotherly Love

Flat out, this is Brandon Massey's best work to date, and that's not hyperbole. With each book this author becomes more accomplished in his craft. This tale of feuding brothers with a touch of the supernatural shows Massey's skills in crafting plot while seamlessly blending story, emotion and theme to create something that really moves. I finished it in less than 24 hours and I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a serious reader who won't fly through this one. Another Massey book, VISCIOUS, will be available this fall directly from his website. I'll be one of the first in line for it, because, frankly, I can't wait to see what he does next. I urge you, if you haven't already, check out his work. Much like the LeBron James Nike campaign, you might be WITNESS to the rise of an icon.
