    Not Useful

    I have bought two other books pertaining to the Paleo Diet, which were very helpful. The Paleo Diet cookbook and the Paleo Diet. I am a runner this book was not very useful to me because the content was repetitive. The only information that helped me from this book was what an individual should eat before exercising. The book did not have any recipes. The Paleo Diet cookbook does have some recipes gear towards those who do intense exercising, it just a chapter, but it is helpful. I do not recommend buying this book. I was very disappointed.

    Great information but repetitive at times.

    It has great information for endurance athletes who are moving to the paleo diet. However, at times it felt repetitive and at times an overload of information. I thought the structure or flow in how the information was presented could have been a lot better. It would have also been great to have more detailed examples of what a week or two week eating plan would have looked like. Such as one week when you aren't preparing for a race and a plan for the week of the race.
