Great information but repetitive at times.
It has great information for endurance athletes who are moving to the paleo diet. However, at times it felt repetitive and at times an overload of information. I thought the structure or flow in how the information was presented could have been a lot better. It would have also been great to have more detailed examples of what a week or two week eating plan would have looked like. Such as one week when you aren't preparing for a race and a plan for the week of the race.
