Waste of time & space.
It starts off in a weird third-person point of view that completely ruins the story before it even begins. It is overly predictable and not at all frightening or enjoyable. The storyteller rambles on and on about re-telling a really scary story that isn't. All of the potential suspense and interest is lost by the end of the first page.
This short story is more like a bad campfire story that somebody heard from their third-cousin's-friend's-brother-in-law who, then, forgot the punch line. My point, do not bother spending your time on this one, even if it is only 6 Nook pages long. What a waste of time, I will never get my five minutes back.
Other stories by this author are not as bad. But avoid this one.
