    Another great book from Cy Wakeman! Reality-Based Rules of the Workplace offers a refreshing new way to look at our organizational roles and reminds us that we are in charge of our own happiness at work. Very empowering!

    I Also Recommend:

    this is a really great book for any employee. it has a formula

    this is a really great book for any employee.

    it has a formula for seeing what your value is , which for me was spot on. this could really help you see where you need to improve and hopefully land a bigger role in your organization.

    if you are a manager, then this book could inspire you to do employee evaluations different.
