A Masterful Drama that Keeps You Turning the Page!
The book has an excellent plot and storyline. The characters are real and I found it hard to put it down once I started. The sub-plots blend well with the story and you can really sense the class struggle of the early nineteenth century highlanders of Scotland. An excellent fiction novel with the right blend of historic fact. Highly recommended!

I very much enjoyed this story and found it difficult to put down, once started.
A semi-historical novel with fictious characters, this book proved very interesting, easy to read and difficult to put down, once started.<BR/>It includes several colourful characters with different plot themes, with an intertwining mix which kept you motivated to see how the journey of each would impact the other. The end of this novel leaves you hoping for a sequel. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
