Not what I was searching for!
I was looking for a book that would help me with a workout rutine in the morning and would also help me in bed with my husband at night. This book did neither. The workout rutines are basically streaches that I could do in yoga, and are not actually a workout. The strip rutines are okay though. I have not tried any of them yet, but i think they could work, just not as a workout. I like the fact that she gives you a five min. strip, a 45 min. strip. and a valentines day strip, i think that those could be useful in spicing things up in a marriage, but as for the workouts, they are not a workout.

This book is a good beginning for women who want to learn some basic erotic or strip moves. The photos are sequential and the info on how to do the moves is easy to understand. I'd recommend this book along with her videos/dvds on the same topic. (No nudity)Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

I Love This Book!!!
I picked up The S Factor after seeing Sheila on the Oprah show and haven't been able to put it down. The instruction is clear and concise. The photos are beautiful and informative. I have never felt better about myself in my entire 36 years of life. I've been doing the exercises for about three months now and my body looks and feels lighter, leaner and stronger. I highly recommend The S Factor to every and any body who ever wanted to experience the pure joy of living in a female body. It's inspirational. It's transformational. Thank you Sheila! I only wish I had an S Factor studio down the street from me!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
