We Cannot Afford to Lose a Generation of Children

Marion Wright Edelman gets at the crux of the matter in The Sea Is so Wide and My Boat Is so Small. Each chapter is a letter to a different target audience pleading with each audience to become better stewards of our God given gifts; our children. It is a short and must read.

    Spiritually Uplifting

Marian Edelman is a magnificent woman and I love the work she does for the world. I was able to hear her speak last December at Emory University about this book and many other important issues of our youth today. She is fantastic orator, author, advocate, ect. This book in particular is great for teenagers and up to read. Its very inspirational. I have purchased several copies to give to my family.
