This book was such a thrill to get...then I read it!
This book is extremely fragmented. chuck Norris beginns on a topic-grips you and then drops the subject as the chapter (very short) ends. It does not at all tell you how to use the Power Within as the title and synopsis suggests.
There are a few good stories about Bruce Lee, but again, they are very short and all over the book and not to any great extent.
I was also offended by the fact that Mr. Norris thinks that music is "individualistic" and therefore cannot teach you the discipline that the martial arts can. I guess he has never heard of an ensemble or is aware of the history of music being more ancient than the martial arts and is a part of music as a whole.
I do not recommmend this book to the average reader-it will tell you nothing. I do not recommmend it to the Chuck Norris fanatic...you may not like him after readiing this book quite as much as before-I don't. It was an extreme dissappointment!
