I heard about this book on a radio station that interviewed the author. I was very impressed with what she had to say and ordered the book the same day. Two days later, I receieved the book, read it in about an hour, it's very small, 136 pages.
I could not have been more disappointed. The book talked about healthy food choices and exercise and less than two pages actually discussed the topic or what the name of the book implies the topic would be. other "remedies" that she used personally. She told us all to be faithful. I'm not against eating healthy and exercise, it's just that the book title is very mis-leading.
