    Underrated Treasure

    Although generally panned...the tunes have hung around in my head for thirty years. SH&F Band is an album that I can listen to over and over again and it still sounds just as fresh as it did in 1974-75.

    give SHF a listen

    not perfect, but great production by Rich Podolor and good musicianship and vocals. although the SHF may not have lived up to the "supergroup" status, there is an abundance of talent in their debut album. thanks for listening
