This book is a fast track method to develop heart disease
The way to lose weight is to exercise and stop eating so much. The way to gain weight is to read Linda Harper's book and follow the advice. Food is NOT love but the author would like you to believe that. The book is popular because everyone wants to believe the myth that you can eat as much as you want and lose weight. Good luck with that advice!

When the Student is Ready, the Teacher Appears
This book changed my life. After struggling with eating disorders (bulimia and compulsive overeating) for over 40 years and having tried and failed at every diet and diet program known to man/woman (including 12-step programs), I picked up this book and within a week of following 'trusting' its recommendations, the entire 'disordered eating problem' was solved for me. I am certain that all the things I did along the way to find answers were part of the process to prepare me for what 'The Tao of Eating' has to offer. I had read other books about this type of approach to eating, however, they all ended by recommending some type of 'control' of the food. 'The Tao of Eating' does not 'blink.' Its philosophy and solutions to disordered eating are consistent throughout and illuminate the way out without compromise. The writing is clear and there are many excellent step by step explanations of the Tao of Eating process. Buy it, Read it, and experience a miracle.
